I’m a Nutritional Therapist and Personal Trainer specialising in women’s health, with a deep focus on helping women feel more balanced, energised, and connected to their bodies.
My approach goes far beyond food alone. I support women through the key pillars of health, including nutrition, blood sugar balance, hormones, digestion, lifestyle, and mindset—so they can build sustainable habits that actually fit into real life.
Before stepping into the world of nutrition, I worked as an early years primary school teacher, which shaped my ability to educate, simplify complex information, and create supportive, nurturing environments where real change can happen. That foundation still runs through everything I do today.
As a mother myself, I understand the demands of busy life, motherhood, and the constant pull to “do it all.” I also understand how easy it is to lose connection with your own wellbeing in the process. My work is rooted in helping women come back to themselves, supporting energy, resilience, and balance in every stage of life, whether that’s trying to conceive, postpartum, perimenopause, or simply navigating the demands of everyday life.

I believe true health is not about restriction or perfection. It’s about nourishment, consistency, and creating a foundation that supports you long-term—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Through 1:1 support, group programmes like Rebalance, and community education, my aim is simple: to help you feel informed, supported, and in control of your health again.
Everything I do sits under one simple idea: rebalance.
Because when something feels off, your energy, sleep, mood, hormones, digestion, or routine it doesn’t always need a complete overhaul. Often, it just needs a small, intentional readjustment to bring things back into alignment.
My work is about helping people step out of the noise. There is so much conflicting advice around health, hormones, and nutrition. I simplify it, cut through the overwhelm, and help you understand what your body is actually communicating, especially through the lens of nutrition, lifestyle, and symptom awareness.
My aim is not just to give you information, but to teach you how to listen to your body and its symptoms, so you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your health long-term.
I work across two spaces, but with one consistent approach:
Different environments, same goal: helping people rebalance their wellbeing in a way that actually fits real life.
I understand how busy life is, so everything I offer is simple, realistic, and designed to work around work, family, and everything in between. My approach is supportive, practical, and evidence-based, no extremes, no overwhelm, just meaningful change that lasts. If you’re looking for a grounded, supportive way to rebalance your health and wellbeing, you’re in the right place.
Health exists alongside the ever-changing demands of life around us. Nutrition and wellness are for everyone, but what they look like can shift through different seasons of life, weeks, and even days.

Because your health matters
