 I've attended workshops arranged by Pavan and taken part in a programme that was really helpful (a 21 day fitness and nutrition one). I've always found any workshop interesting and come away with ideas and information that I can use. Things like the challenge really helped me set some good new habits around food and exercise. Id recommend Pavan and Nutrition First any day!

 I can’t recommend Pavan highly enough! Pavan is highly knowledgable about prenatal training. Every session was tailored to how I was feeling physically and mentally, and she always made me feel safe, strong, and confident in what my body could do. I also received nutrition advice that really helped me eat better, stay disciplined, and avoid gaining unnecessary weight during my pregnancy. Over time, our relationship felt more like a friendship than just personal training sessions, and having that level of trust and support during pregnancy meant so much to me. 

CORPORATE/COMMUNITY WORKSHOPS

 I really enjoyed working with Pavan Kang on the wellness seminar Nourish Your Sleep, Restore Your Energy and Perform Better. She created a relaxed, engaging space where people felt comfortable asking questions and reflecting honestly on their own wellbeing. What stood out for me was how practical and realistic her guidance was — it didn’t feel overwhelming or ‘one‑size‑fits‑all’, and our team came away with ideas they could genuinely apply. The feedback was extremely positive, and I’d happily recommend Pavan’s sessions to any organisation looking to support their people’s wellbeing in a meaningful way. 

 This was particularly useful for our operational colleagues who struggle with routine and organisation. The information was pitched at the right level and there were different ways to get involved. So many colleagues walked away having learnt something new and with a commitment to make small changes in their lifestyle habits.  

 I would definitely recommend these programs as they are tailored and relevant to the audience, considering factors such as demographics and working patterns/styles. It was really easy to work with you to plan the session and I felt like you brought some innovative ideas to the table that we hadn't even thought of.
