Community Wellbeing Workshops

 

Health and wellbeing should feel accessible to everyone, not just something reserved for certain settings or stages of life.


I deliver community-based nutrition and wellbeing workshops designed to support people across different life experiences, helping them feel more informed, supported, and confident in their everyday health choices.


My approach is practical, inclusive, and tailored to the needs of each group , focusing on simple, realistic strategies that can make a meaningful difference to daily wellbeing.


I work with a range of community groups, including:


  • Care homes and elderly communities, supporting nutrition for ageing well, energy, and quality of life 
  • New mums and postnatal groups, focusing on recovery, nourishment, and hormonal wellbeing 
  • Schools and young adults, building positive relationships with food, energy, and body confidence
